Our Extraordinary Ministers of the Eucharist are responsible for assisting the Priest with the distribution of Holy Communion at Mass. This is a vital service to the community. They also have a role in bringing Holy Communion to the sick and housebound.

They are called ‘Extraordinary’ Minsiters because they work alongside the ‘Ordinary Minsiters of the Eucharist’ – The Bishops, Priests and Deacons.
